Hi Chris,

I just tested this and it doesn't seem to be working on the live site
yet. Will there be a lag time before it's activated? I just want to be
able to let the user who reported this issue know when it's been fixed.

Thanks,
Nat

Since this is a postoffice only fix I've gone ahead and updated
postoffice on the server and tested with the staging site. Because
staging and production use the same postoffice, this means production is
updated as well. Unless the creation of a separate staging server is
imminent we might consider working with Six Feet Up to figure out how to
make a staging and a production postoffice. (Postfix would need to be
able to sort mail and deliver some to one maildir and the rest to
another.)

Hi Nat,

I found your test email in the logs. It turns out the email was discarded because the To: header was identical to the From: header. This is a classic spam signature that we filter out. If you can make the address in To: something different than the address you are sending the mail from, it should work.
