Upgrade from 10.04 to 10.10 fails: Trying to install blacklisted version 'blcr-dkms_0.8.2-13'

Upgrade from 10.04 to 10.10 fails on second step mentioning something about blcr-dkms blacklist version as a possible solution.
All packages updated prior to attempt to do the version upgrade.
System is Samsung NC10 netbook.

Thanks for the logs. This is because of bug 555729. blcr-dkms in not supported by the kernel in Maverick and thus the upgrade is blocked. Marking as duplicate.
