Track automatically stops when scratching at the start

When a track is playing and is moved to the start, the play state should not change. The fact that it auto-stops is extremely annoying when cueing & scratching at the start of a track, especially when using controllers.

I'm guessing this is fixed in one of Owen's branches -- I know he's got dragging-before-the-track, which is sort of a related feature.

Of course, 1.8.1 is way before any of those will be merged.

Negatory. Changing the play mode to NEXT has no effect.

This is indeed fixed in Owen's features_scratch2 branch because you can scratch before the start of a track. :)
