Bug Description

Today I saw an announcement on RSS feed of "Announce Launchpad" titled "This is an announcement" and with the body as follows: "This is the body of text of the announcement.": https://launchpad.net/lplearn/+announcement/6854

Is it a joke? Vandalism? Does tyhe user Chris Wilson ( https://launchpad.net/~notgary ) know what he is doing?

Is it reproducable: At the moment, when you hit that URL, yes.
What expected: Not to see such things.

This doesn't look like a joke or vandalism, just a user creating a project and testing the announce feature. Perhaps Chris might want to use the launchpad staging server for this kind of thing in future so 'test' messages don't appear in amongst 'real' announcements, but I see no major issue here.

Wow, sorry for the confusion there. As the project page said, it was just me
messing around with the features and seeing what happened when I clicked on
things. I didn't realise that every project was connected to the front page
in some way, and that I would mess around with anyone noticing.

I've deleted the branch and will move to staging.launchpad.net for the time
being. Again, apologies.
