fix for FTBFS

http://people.ubuntuwire.org/~lucas/ubuntu-nbs/32/cdebconf-terminal_0.8_lubuntu32.buildlog shows that cdebconf-terminal fails to build with current version of libvte-dev package.

I looked at it and with some code from sjterm-terminal I got it to build. Did not tested does it work as I do not know where it is used.

Debian bug has different patch but both have same result - package builds.

Note that your patch can't be included in Debian because it doesn't support the current vte in there; I suspect by the time my patch gets included, Debian will have moved to a new vte and your patch will be more relevant

Don't worry about forwarding the patch; I'll reconcile the two bugs and handle this in Debian.

(BTW, I tested a GTK installer build with this and the "Execute a shell" option still worked, which is a pretty good sign.
