Bug Description
I was wondering why the application panels (particularly the Top panel) keeps corrupting in 10.04? The top panel ranges from showing no network icon to showing 2, the missing mail icon (replaced by second battery icon) plus the missing shutdown icon which instead is replaced by my duplicated user-name! I have undertaken numerous resets in order return them to default but it is now getting tiresome to say the least! I keep and have an updated system but alas this issue is still occurring - I am aware via the forums that other users are experiencing such issues - are the Ubuntu support/development teams not aware of this? When can this officially be fixed?
