Buttons' hover image stays after dragging

Bug Description
See the screenshot.
If I left-drag mouse from the button to some non-active place like separator, button's "hover" stay will persist.
By the way, buttons don't take theme's background color, as you see.

And worst, if you drag without clicking a track button, the image remains pressed but it not combines with the other controls. It looks awful :S
