empathy does not honor preference 'disable notifications when busy or away'

if your status is set to busy/away you still get notifications of them as notify-osd bubbles even its disabled in preferences. this bug is a regression from lucid.

Hi Omer, thanks for the report. Your bug title confuses me, could you provide steps to reproduce your issue?

previously(lucid) if the status was set to busy or away and if anyone send a message. indicator turned green but there was not notification bubble but now, despite of setting status to busy or away I still see notification bubbles. even the option 'disable notifications when away or busy' is marked.

the bug is not fixed in ubuntu yet. empathy 2.32.1 fixes this issue though

natty already has 2.32.1, so I assume it's fixed there. Please ensure that this gets done in the future, to speed up the processing.
