launchers should act like if the application was not focussed in the place views

Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
Using unity 0.2.36 in maverick:
* run an application
* click on the ubuntu logo or the a place icon
* click again on the application
The application is displayed in expose mode, in this case xchat-gnome was claiming for attention while the place view was active, it's likely that the user want to go back to the software on click so it should just close the view and focus it
