Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

When I open Terminal, I can see a hidden menu that doesn't normally show up. The attached screenshot should make it clear, but I'll try to describe:

Terminal has tabs support, and there is a title menu "Tabs" that only appears when multiple tabs are opened (ctrl+shift+t). But Unity renders that hidden menu with an empty string title when it shouldn't.

When Terminal shows the menu (i.e. when multiple tabs are opened), Unity correctly renders the menu with the "Tabs" title.
