ubuntu 10.10 beta AMD64 alternate install cd has corrupt files

Bug Description
some packages of the ubuntu 10.10 beta alternate AMD64 install cd are corrupt. base sysytem install fails. I have verified that the checksum for the downloaded iso is correct using the tool: winMd5Sum on win7.
While installing the base system the following errors occur:
