Bug Description

After upgrading the kernel to 2.6.35-19-generic on 10.10 Maverick, this error was exhibited while running sudo lshw.

I tried to reproduce this on 10.10 Beta amd64 and was unable to.

I've been able to reproduce it many times. I simply need to reboot, run "sudo lshw", and the error occurs. I'll see if I can pull some more logs.
