Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

Feedback from user testing suggests that users don't understand various aspects of software installation in Ubuntu. Quoting:

> Users do not understand:

> * the multiple architectures of 32 and 64 bits.
> Until they understand these things they will not be able to
> confidently download applications they find online."

We should provide clear help topics which address these issues. At present, this is the closest thing we have:
