Bug Description

1)
I'm running Ubuntu Desktop 10.10 - Alpha 3 (Last Update, 11th August 2010 @16:41 and hasn't worked since)

3)
The system to boot, and be usable.

4)
The boot screen started, and after the first dot went orange; they all go orange and nothing happens (Left running for over 2 hours, In hope but gave up then).
The power button, will shutdown and the white dots turn orange, one at a time.

Failsafe Mode, works but the Ubuntu Install was working up until the update; I can still run a dpkg but no files
are damaged and I've got the latest updates.

Are you using the proprietary nvidia driver? might be bug 616023.

Actually that's a good point, I think I am using the proprietary driver so
it might be bug 616023.

Yep, I've read the comments and made some changes to the xorg.conf which
restored the functionality of my pc.

Thank you :D
