Bug Description
Binary package hint: kubuntu-
Running a fresh install of Maverick Alpha 3 with all current updates applied, k-f-i does not actually download and install any packages. The interface quickly flashes "Downloading packages", then skips straight to "Package installed successfully", though nothing has been downloaded or installed.
