Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

When launching unity, I got (with no window), the control panels in the bar (which shouldn't appear as no window is focused), and the maximize button was duplicated above "Desktop" entry.

tested with unity 0.2.22

Oh, it's not the maximize but the unmaximize (restore) button for me (the one with the square).
