Binary package hint: tomcat6
to reproduce:
start with clean ubuntu ec2 instance from the latest official release.
ami-2d4aa444
then
install tomcat via tasksel --section server
when install is finished, run top
load goes to ± 1
deinstall load goes back to ± 0
