Files Place home screen should have a Recent group

Just to quickly summarize the situation: Trunk should have a group with the .gtk-bookmarks files shown as a Favorite Folders group. What is missing is:

 - A Downloads section with files from ~/Downloads listed chronologically

 - A Recent group showing recent files (like and amalgamation of the more detailed timeline breakdown shown in search results)

We show Gtk bookmarks and Downloads now. The final missing bit is to cluster the detailed time line into one Recent group. Renaming bug accordingly
