HP mini 2140 often fails to recognize keyboard and trackpad

Bug Description
i installed several times ubuntu 10.04 LTS, but it often fails to recognize keyboard and trackpad after startup.
it happens very frequently (every 2-3 startup), the only hope is to power off the system and startup again.
the latest firmware from HP is installed: F.04 (19 Jun 2009).
This Bug is duplicated to #432300 & #380341, but they was reported in 2009 and are not updated with further debug informations.
