Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs

When i try to build the Lucid html documentation in french (changed the LN=fr in the Makefile) i have sed errors for the switching documentation who seems doesn't exist in french. (no build/switching/fr directory)

./scripts/fix-urls.sh -l fr
sed: can't read build/switching/fr/*.html: No such file or directory

This script should test if the build/$y/$lang exists before trying to change the urls and fallback to a build/$y/C if it doesn't.

I added a check for the directory, but there is no reason to fall back to using "C" since the build directory is wiped out before each build, so there is no "C" directory for non-translated sections. We can pull this fix into Lucid if needed, right now it's just in our Natty dev branch, rev 629. The "switching" section was removed in Maverick anyway.

This is fixed in Natty, but I don't see a burning need to bring this into the Lucid branch as the build will proceed despite the warnings that are printed. Does anybody have any objections?
