Bug Description
As the thinkpad-acpi driver implements a mixer device, it has references to the alsa-core. When a newer ALSA version is installed, the thinkpad driver will not load anymore. Leaving the system without the additional ACPI functionality.

To work around this problem, the only solution is to include the thinkpad-acpi driver recompiled for the newer ALSA stack in the lbm-alsa package.
