Launcher doesnt go away when a full screen app is started

Bug Description
I opened the Unity launcher and clicked on a full screen 3d game and the launcher didnt go away after the game had started and the game started in the backround and wasnt playable. It only happens when game is selected from the unity launcher.
Oh and I know unity isnt made for doing harder stuff like opening games..etc so its a small bug that will effect people who use the netbook interface rather than the desktop interface. So in short its a corner case bug that wouldnt effect the majority of users.
