Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox
On the site www.youtube.com any chosen movie give me the following error msg "An error occurred, please try again later" -- when I use a windows workstation i can access the movie without any issue.
I'm using Ubuntu 10.04 LTS - the Lucid Lynx - released in April 2010 and supported until April 2013.
Thanks in advance for any help/hint

If you want to watch youtube movies you can do that by installing the adobe flashplugin. installer
You can do this by removing gnash: sudo apt-get remove gnash
and then: sudo apt-get install flashplugin-
Although you will be installing non-free proprietary software. If this is undesirable, we can request a backport of an updated version of gnash, but there is no guarantee that the request will be granted, or that it will fix the problem.
