text position moves when switching between flush left and flush right

Version: r9458 (linux)

Problem:

switching between flush left, centered and flush right moves the text position to the left or right . This only happens when the text is highlighted, when the text is not highlighted, everything works as it should.

how to reproduce:

1) open inkscape
2) choose text tool
3) click on drawing area, write some text
4) click "flush left", "centered", "flush right" several times -> nothing happens (expected behavior)
5) select text with mouse (still in text tool)
6) repeat 4) and text will move to the left or right

Bug occurs with regular text objects only, changing text alignment of highlighted text inside a 'Flowed Text' object works correctly.

Raising importance to 'Medium' because aligning individual lines of multi-line text objects is not possible due to this bug. Compared to Inkscape 0.47 this is a regression: while in 0.47 the baseline anchor stayed fixed and the text object moved to the left, middle or right of it, the behavior was predictable and consistent.

 if it helps, this only happens when you click once with the text tool, not when you drag to create a textbox. for me, every time you change the alignment of the highlighted text, it shuffles to the right.. it never shuffles back.
