Bug Description

Binary package hint: kdebase-runtime

The same feature does work through gsynaptics and doesn't work in KDE Touchpad control module. It appears, the only difference according to xinput is:
KDE control module uses following setting range

        Synaptics Circular Scrolling Distance (300): 300.000000
        Synaptics Circular Scrolling Distance (300): 30.000000

gsynaptics uses following setting range:

        Synaptics Circular Scrolling Distance (300): 0.330000
        Synaptics Circular Scrolling Distance (300): 0.010000

The device is identified as "SynPS/2 Synaptics TouchPad".
