Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

Europe/Samara tz should be exactly the same as Europe/Moscow and Asia/Kamchatka is now equal to Asia/Magadan.
But timezone selectbox says us that Europe/Samara and Asia/Kamchatka doesn't have difference between Summer and Winter time. First I thought that is poor fix of this timezones in tzdata (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/tzdata/+bug/540295) but investigating shows that tzdata is right. Now I think that it just misspelling in labels. See the attached screenshot.
