quickly accepts a ppa even if its deleted

Bug Description

Quickly still tries to upload to a ppa even if its marked as deleted on launchpad, quickly should refuse to do this if a ppa is deleted, it would save time and local system resources.

Just checked again, the info isn't available from the launchpadlib API. Care about opening a bug there?
