Zoom slider is not configured when splitting view

Bug Description
When i press F3 in nautilus to split file view, second zoom slider is not prepared to default value. It works fine if i change it value, but it's default value is always zero.
nautilus version: 1:2.30.

yes the second zoom slider is not initialized until the pane got focus. A little bug to fix.
