Czech localization is missing in Ubuntu package, although is long time available in very good quality from community sources. The needed files is possible to download from http://
It would great from Canonical to offer better Skype experience to Czech users than Skype Ltd itself.

A new skype version (2.2.0.25 beta) is available from partner repository, could you try to reproduce the bug with the latest version and tell us if the problem is still there?
