Can't rip a cd to MP3 ouput format

Bug Description

Binary package hint: aqualung

When you extract a cd, you can't choose mp3 format for the destination. (libmp3lame0 is installed)
I only can choose WAVe, FLAC ou OGG as ouput format

If you compile aqualung with libmp3lame-dev installed it works.

OS: Lubuntu 10.04
aqualung version 0.9~beta11

unfortunatly, lame is in multiverse.

TBH, I see no reason why lame couldn't be promoted, so this should be looked into. after that, this bug can be revisited.
