Bug Description

When I start up my computer and choose Sugar it goes to the command line then back to the login screen. It doesn't let me login unless I use KDE, Gnome or Xfce.

Can you identify the error message that running sugar produces? Look in .xsession-errors.

Where is .xsession-errors.? I looked in Log File Viewer and KSystemLog and now I'm guessing it's a file.

Most of the things in xsession-errors says (netbook-launcher:3790) then a lot of other stuff. I tried starting up Sugar then checking xsession-errors but it didn't have a trace of Sugar.

This is not a bug in Sugar. It is a bug in the USR ppa, which has already been reported as bug 571211 and resolved.

Please see https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/usr/+bug/571211/comments/2 for information on how to resolve the bug on existing systems.
