Bug Description

If a string in the comments (Auther, License,..) or a string to be displayed, through LabelMgr.labelScreen, contains a UTF character with hex code greater than 7E, it will not be displayed correctly. Examples are Arabic language characters and the degree sign ° and other characters like ¢ £ ¤ ¥ ¦ § ¨ © ®.
The scripts with strings containing these characters were tried under Stellarium versions 0.10.4 and test build r6268.

Thanks

Thanks Fabien,
My system is vista 32 bit.
The problem will show even before running the script: In the configuration
window, script tab, if the author name is for example, Fabien Chéreau, it
will show as:
Auther: Fabien Chéreau
