Bug Description
The bug reporter that gets launched by default on Kubuntu 10.04 (drkonqi?) may report a bug to bugs.kde.org when it is not relevant there, for example for Ubuntu-specific bugs, as opposed to KDE SC bugs.
Here's an example: https:/
A new Kubuntu user may have taken quite a bit of effort to report the bug (for example, waiting patiently while the debug symbols are downloaded, creating a user account at bugs.kde.org). The user is likely to think "Hey, I just followed the instructions that came up to report the problem, and now you tell me to go report it elsewhere? What a waste of time, I'm not doing this anymore."
