dist-upgrade : Error when I try to update to Edgy.

Bug Description

When I try the command: gksudo "update-manager -c -d" , I received an error:

/tmp/tmpASlmQm/DistUpgradeViewGtk.py:324: GtkWarning: gdk_gc_get_colormap: assertion `GDK_IS_GC (gc)' failed
  self._term.realize()

and received this message:

A unresolvable problem occured while calculating the upgrade.

Please report this bug against the 'update-manager' package and include the files in /var/log/dist-upgrade/ in the bugreport.

I am also experiencing thing same issue while attempting to upgrade to Edgy.

I've attached my apt.log file.

I managed to resolve this issue by downgrading a bunch of packages back to the default Dapper versions, including:
   - libgl1-mesa
   - libgl1-mesa-glx
   - xserver-xorg-video-ati
   - xserver-xorg-video-i810

(These packages were upgraded since I was playing around with Compiz...)
