Bug Description
Feature request:
when you drag an item within a playlist it moves it, but when you press ctrl while dragging, it should create a duplicate/copy of the item just like most file managers do (the icon already changes).
this should also work when moving/copying from one playlist to another.

Copying via Ctrl was added with r4011. For other playlists copying is the default behavior, as for moving check bug #1033234.
