Bug Description
It should be possible to move tracks between playlists instead of copying. Copying should continue to be available by pressing the Ctrl key as usual.
The trivial change for this is setting the flags of "exaile-index-list" to gtk.TARGET_SAME_APP or 0.
The harder part is extending the communication between both involved widgets and their playlists to actually perform the movement.
