Keywords + Description not getting value of %name

Noticed small issue, in meta keywords & meta description %name, %language remains as it is.

their Values doesn't get filled in.

using v3.0 r515

It wasn't a real problem, though.

%name should be %name%, %language% etc...

I've fixed the problem when installing Jisko, but you can fix it by adding a % at the end of the 'pattern'

Marcos, i thought of that putting %name% and to reconfirm i opened the config.php of v2.0 but found there also its like %name, %language... etc.

so i thought maybe there is some %name replacement issue in the code in v3.0 :p
