Audacious status icon shows tooltip too fast

Binary package hint: audacious

On earlier versions of Audacious it showed the tooltip when the mouse pointer was over the status icon for about a second, but now you just move the mouse pointer very fast over the icon and the tooltip shows up, his bug is very annoying.

I don't know if this is a fixed for this bug but I found it here: http://hg.atheme.org/audacious-plugins/audacious-plugins/rev/05ed602db833 , I haven't tried yet since I don't know about applying diff files etc.

The commit is probably the solution. I have tested audacious 2.4-alpha1 and it's fixed there (moving the mouse very fast over the icon wont show the tooltip).
