Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox
Toolbar buttons for add-ons (such as AdBlock Plus, NoScript, and Flashblock) added to the toolbar do not appear in additional Firefox windows when Ubuntu Firefox Modifications 0.9rc2 is enabled. The buttons are present in the toolbar when Firefox is initially launched, but if either a second instance of Firefox is started or File->New Window is selected the buttons are absent from the additional window(s). The buttons also do not appear if a restart of Firefox is performed (using a restart button, rather than closing and reopening Firefox). Disabling Ubuntu Firefox Modifications 0.9rc2 results in the toolbar buttons always being present in all windows. This does not affect statusbar icons, only those in the toolbar. The menus themselves are not affected.
This problem is also seen with Torbutton 1.2.5, but either add-on will cause it independently, regardless of the status of the other.
I am using a 64 bit version of Ubuntu and Firefox.

Thank you for reporting this to Ubuntu. I'm switching this to the 'ubufox' package since it seems to be the cause of this bug.
