[CRM] planned inbound calls not working

Bug Description

Using the CRM profile, it is not clear how to get any entry under the "Phone Calls->Inbound->Planned Calls" menu entry.
I've tried all the possible combiniations with the new inbound call as well as adding an entry in the view "Phone Calls->Inbound->Planned Calls" but you never get an entry.

This also raises the question whether you can plan an invoice call (based on expectations?).

Thank you for pointing this out Ruud.
It was a problem of escape character.
You need to change the domain of action 'planned calls'.
It has been fixed by revision 2737 <email address hidden>.
You will need to follow these steps:
1. Go to Menu Phone Calls->Inbound->Planned Calls(focus only, do not click), press Ctrl L.
2. Click On the Search button of action Planned Calls(2nd button of many2one).
3. Replace the domian by [('section_id','=',9), ('categ_id','=',31), ('state','=','open')]. OR you can change the state domain. It contains extra escape character.
