Bug Description

Binary package hint: policykit-1

This occurred during an upgrade from 9.10 to 10.04. It happened during the install process so I am not really sure how to duplicate it. I am using a Thinkpad T61 installing and running from a 8GB usb thumb drive. Ethernet connected at the time of the upgrade.
