Bug Description
The top of the Reference Manaual has a "view all" which shows the entire depth of the reference manual in one page. It toggles between "view all" and "view outline".
Add this support to a reference section as well.
Subtasks
=========
- Get the print.css used by KARL to, just for stuff in a reference manual, print in a larger font size. Something around 50% bigger than what we currently use.

One more piece of feedback. One of the reasons why the "view all"
option doesn't accomplish everything a "print view" option would is that
when you print in the "view all" setting the font is extremely small
(may 6 or 8 point max which is too small for the majority of our users
to actually read). Is it possible to set the "view all" page so that it
prints in a standard 11 or 12 point font? Then I think we would be
good.
Thanks,
Nat

Related to my last point, let's treat this formatting thing as a separate bug that Nat will report once the policy is made by OSI on how to handle it.

It's not a browser issue? Because it looks fine in FF, but is broken in
IE. If the problem is just a long title, I can see if we can edit it,
but is there a way to tell where the page is breaking because on the
front end nothing has an obviously long title.

If so, then it is something unique to the content in one of the reference manual pages within the reference manual. For example, someone might have pasted in a table that had some fixed formatting.
I'll try to find some way to hunt down the content that breaks that particular reference manual, perhaps using staging to one-by-one delete content until it gets fixed. As long as users are able to paste in content, this particular kind of layout will be prone to problems like that, requiring remedies such as those that I mentioned. For example, the home pages were having a layout problem that was called a bug, but it turned out to be malformed HTML in the Intranet Feature that was pasted in by Communications.
OTOH, if your point is that *all* reference manuals have this problem under IE, then it is indeed a pure software problem.

Are there any they do display correctly, or are all of them borked?

This sounds fine, but please take a look at the formatting. On some /karl.soros. org/offices/ nyc/referencema nuals/facilitie s-managemen
sections when you select "view all" the formatting breaks when you're
viewing in IE (FF it looks OK). See this page for an example:
https:/
t/view_all.html.
Thanks,
Nat
