Bug Description

I have my laptop (12" 1280x800) hooked up to my 24" Dell (1920x1200) and the laptop is adjusted in monitor preferences so that the top right corner of my laptop matches with the top left corner of my Dell and everything displays fine. If I drag the laptop monitor so the bottom right corner of the laptop touches the bottom left corner of the dell then I can only see half of my laptop display (bottom half of image shows on top half of display) and appears that the image does not get shifted down to where the monitor is. The bottom half of the display is just black but the mouse will still show up and I can still click on where the mintmenu would be and clicking events are still working for the menu.
If i move the laptop monitor to the other side the image displays fine when the laptop is lined up with the top corner but i get a similar result when the monitor is lined up with the bottom corners.

I figured this was a Gnome/Ubuntu issue but I thought I would report it anyway. Thanks Clem.

I am sorry I have not been able to test because I no longer have the
computer this was happening on and my new computer as other video
issues so I am not sure if it would be relevant.

Hello rothgar
Thanks for the reply
If the new pc has the same issue, is much relevant, instead i have to close this report.
Thanks
Fabio

The current machine I have doesn't give me any video in LM 9 or 10 so
the problem isn't relevant. I currently have Fedora installed on the
laptop but haven't tested the problem with dual monitors. I supposed
the issue is an upstream issue so you can close the ticket. Thanks for
asking though.
