Bug Description

Ubuntu 10.04
Installed via ubuntu software center
Open Shot 1.1.3

I have two tracks...one stereo wave file 44100 at 16bit, one dv ntsc widescreen I have the audio muted on the dv track and I have deinterlace effect on the dv track. Thank you so much for open shot. I have been testing your releases before 1.0 and was excited to see it make in into lucid lynx! I have never had any problems with open shot crashing before now. Keep up the great work!
Curtis

Check if you have the frei0r-package installed. The latest Openshot installer is not installed this dependence. This may resolve your crashing. Thanks

Thank you for the quick response! I do have those plug-ins installed. The
crashing still happens. It happens every time on export and now I notice
that my audio has jittery playback when I add more tracks. I don't know if
those problems are in some way related, but I wanted to give you any
information that I have. The only other thing I can think of is maybe I
should have installed the dev version of frei0r installed I just have the
standard version. Should I reinstall open shot? I got the frei0r after I
installed openshot?

I had the exact same problem and i installed medibuntu and enabled the extra ffmpeg libraries - see http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1117283 - which solved it.

The deinterlace effect has been removed on the 1.2.2 version. It was too much unstable, provides a lot of crashed.
