Bug Description
When you choose to install a restricted display driver, for example, by activating it in the jockey-gtk interface in Lucid, after the installation, you can close the window, and nothing reminds you to restart your computer.
Expected behavior : The new "power" button on the upper right corner of the screen should turn red, and the "restart" entry of that menu should turn to "restart required", like when you update your system by synaptic, and installed a new kernel for example. There should be also a notification in the new notification area.

Not sure if that's still the case in the current version but it would be nice to fix if that's correct
