Thanks for reporting this to Ubuntu. In your video (thanks for that by the way), you mentioned that the whole system has been running "sluggish." Have you noticed any other graphics-related issues other than this bug?

Also, could you please let us know what brand of graphics card you are using?

I am closing this bug report since there is not enough information for us to work on a fix and there is no way to gather more information now. Please let us know about any other issues that you encounter if you use Ubuntu again!
