Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

While updating a system with mysql-server installed from 8.04 to 10.04 mysql packages are removed. After the upgrade mysql-server is not installed.

The expected result is to have mysql upgraded from -5.0 to -5.1.

The upgrade was run with:

  do-release-upgrade -d

I can reproduce the failure with my auto-upgrade-tester setup.
