kdenetwork-filesharing should be auto installed

Binary package hint: kdebase

kdenetwork-filesharing is not installed by Default but Dolphin show the Share tab un folder properties. So if you click on "Configure filesharing" you are asked for your password and then nothing happens. So kdenetwork-filesharing should be installed by default or Dolphin should ask you to install it when you press on "Configure filesharing".

Also if kdenetwork-filesharing detect that nfs or samba are not installed. It should propose you to install them like running firefox sugges flash player etc.
