dragging selected text, too sensitive, often tend to copy instead of moving

has i'm writing, the problem exists elsewhere too, with the sensitivity not clicking into the expected mode, instead of moving text selected it copies as though used by pressing the control key simultaneously.

Do you still have this problem with Ubuntu 10.04 LTS (lucid)? I can't reproduce the problem with the new version.

My computer hasn't updated yet to 10.04, and am so busy right now trying to get through me work, but sure will check this out and hope it solves other problems too.
