This seems to be related to bug 544287 and bug 555879.

The bug 555879 was about the account_payment_extension problem, and it should already been solved (for the trunk extra-addons) in revid <email address hidden> (http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp-commiter/openobject-addons/trunk-extra-addons/revision/4495.1.1)

I think it's more like Bug #537858 and Bug #535174.
If the project leaders are willing to tackle this issue in all modules at the same time, then all the bugs for missing context in onchange functions should be merged.
Otherwise, we'll have to file a similar bug report for each on_change method.
